TRAIL RIDES 2021 -  More details of rides coming throughout the year.

Ken Skoczen: 216- 225-0223
Kathy King: 216-990-9880
Penny Passalacqua:
Contacting the ride organizers helps everyone to know who will be there and who we need to be looking forward to meeting at the parking lot.  It allows for the best planning of group rides.  The times noted are ‘ride out’ times.  So, please try to arrive at least 30 minutes ahead to sign in, get tacked and ready to ride. Please be sure to contact the organizers as soon as you know you will be joining in the fun!  If you would like to be an organizer and/or assist with the organization of a ride, please call me (Joani) at 330.730.4652 or Penny at 216.470.6998.

All rides are based on the least experienced rider in the group.  Some rides may have multiple groups, depending on the level, experience, and confidence of trail.  Please be sure to sign in at each ride as this helps Cuyahoga County Ohio Horse Council complete an annual report on behalf of the association.

Thank You!  Looking forward to seeing you on the trails! Have a great riding season!!

Feb. 21, 2021 – SUNDAY Hinckley Reservation

Meet at 606 Trailhead.  (Google:  2008 Hinckley Hills Dr., - Across the street).

Ride out at 1 PM.  Please be saddled and ready to ride.  This will be a great ride to start getting back in the saddle.  Easy trails, mostly flat; great company and maybe some hot chocolate at the end of the day!  Feel free to bring a snack and/or hot drink for a short visit!

Ride out at 1 PM.  Please be saddled and ready to ride. Loop 4 is a great trail with some hills, bridges, and water crossings.  Easy for everyone.  Again, another great trail to help get horse/rider back into shape for the season.  Depending on the weather and participants we may consider riding over to the train station and then back onto the trail, giving our horse a rest and drink in the stream along the road. Great views and very enjoyable trail.  Drink and snack after the ride?  We would love to hear comments on our rides as well as a nice outdoor visit with you!
